From the sounds of it, your install has been compromised by attempts to install illicit add-ons and repositories and multiple re-installs, you will not get support for this here. If you want to get a fully functional Kodi operational, please follow this link to a http://kodi.wiki/view/Windows_FAQ#Portable install, add nothing, use the -p in the shortcut to launch (don't launch directly from the installer), ensure it's functionality or if it should not work properly, post a Pastebin link for that log (wiki) URL in this thread.
