Hi!

I've tried installing Kore. The Sync of Movies worked immediately, the Sync of Artists took time, but I don't have any TV Shows in Kore (even though Kodi shows more than 500) and I don't have any Albums or Music Videos in Kore either.

Is there some sort of debug log I could send? How can I get at least the TV Shows into Kore?

Update: The Album-Sync apparently just was slow, I now have all the Music stuff, too.

But no TV Shows, no Music Videos.

Which version of Kore and Kodi are you using?

There is an issue with Kodi v16 and Kore not syncing all items when Kodi returns less then requested.

See https://github.com/xbmc/Kore/pull/236 which fixes it for 2.1.0 for music items.
For other media it will be fixed in the coming release.

I'm using Kodi 15.2 (on Windows 7 + on Raspberry PI 2), also
I'm using Kore 1.1.1, as downloaded yesterday from the Google Play Store (on Android 6.0.1 on a Samsung Galaxy S7)

I think you mean Kore v2.1.0?

Strange, there are no issues known to me with using Kore and Kodi v15...

To get a debug log you will need to build Kore yourself and run it in debug mode on your device. Logcat would show you the debug messages.

See https://github.com/xbmc/Kore#building for instructions on building Kore. Although, if you do not have any prior experience in building Android apps these instructions might be a bit too terse.

To me, this looks like a "1", not a "2". This is the version I've installed from the appstore 2 days ago. Where do I get 2.1.0, do I have to build that myself as well? Also, does the Kore developer consider it user-friendly, that people have to build their own versions of this remote to provide a log?

Ok, I think you got SyncedSynapse version which is not updated anymore:
