It's likely you already have read my thread, but the thing is that I have had no answer from any official person so far. In fact, it's not easy to get an answer (I have posts on Zidoo forum without any reply). This is disappointing. I'm not a customer yet, but it's very likely I will be another one soon. So it looks like the forum support is not as good as users help. Am I wrong?
