Good afternoon dear friends

Everytime i choose a TV chanel, i can only see it for a few seconds, because the program just turns back to the main menu. I can only see are about 15 seconds of the TV channel or movie...
Does anyone have a clue for what's happening?
I would aprecciate a lot if someone could help me on this...
