It works in 1018 nightly (win32) running on Win7.

I've had PVR WMC fail to start on occasion in the past with the "status 6" result, but restarting Kodi would fix it. On beta 4 it just won't run.

Thanks. I can confirm that I can enable pvr.wmc in the 1023 nightly. Looks like PR#10760 is the cause.
