Hi there,

I've solved this (http://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=294771) similar issue with Ronnie yesterday. It's working fine 16.1 Jarvis. Here all Seasons are showing the posters or fanart accordingly.
The very same series is displayed in 17.0 beta 4 (23.10.2016) without the cover/poster and fanart for the *AllSeason element, the other ones (seasons and specials) are working fine.

The files not displayed are stored in the series base folder and named accordingly the naming-conventions that do work in Jarvis (http://kodi.wiki/view/Thumbnails#Naming_conventions).

The files in question are "season-all-fanart.jpg" and "season-all-poster.jpg". Those doesn't seem to be scanned by Kodi 17. It's the same for Estuary and Transparency!, so it seems to be a general issue and not skin related.

I'd apriciate any hints. If needed I can provide any information about this.

It's broken in V17 and I don't believe will be fixed until V18 possibly.

OK, I see. I've missed this before posting.
So it's a known issue, that's all I need to know for now. I'll just wait than.
