I can't get the 1242 preview build to run as a service. I have tried it with SYSTEM and user credentials.
It will run as an application. I think the at-runtime redirection is causing the problem:

It seems to be a problem with the new installer and running as a service, I'll check it out. Thanks for letting me know.

Fixed this in preview 1243. Please give it a try.
