Kodi is just a media player and will play every video you throw at it, like Firefox is just a browser that will open any website URL you enter. Like a webbroser doesn't provide any websites, Kodi also DOES NOT provide any content (no videos, no music). It's up to you to tell Kodi what to play. Now, the content you're complaining about is very likely low quality pirated content - so the source material is of bad quality, which is not the fault of Kodi. Also, we don't give a flying fuck about the add-ons that provied pirated, likely illegal content and you have to complain to either the author of the add-on if anything is broken or the provider of this content. If anybody sold you the device as holy grail, you have been fooled. All you got is Kodi with a bunch of preinstalled piracy add-ons. If you haven't been aware of the fact that the content you're likely watching is pirated, well, now you know.
