It works and there are 2 possibilities

1. You have to restart RPi
2. Refresh the link - h t t p://milhouse.libreelec.tv/builds/master/RPI2 (click on it and click on ENTER). Then go to "Available Versions".

This is how it works for me...
[3x RPi3]#[ AV Receiver - Marantz NR1506 ]#[ TV Panasonic TX-50EXW784 ]#[ NAS - OMV 4.1.xx (Arrakis) @ NanoPI M4 ]#[ Nextcloud 17.0.3 @ ODROID C2 ]
