Weekly Linux 4.10-rc3 build #0109x: RPi / RPi2

Same as #0109, but without media_build extensions (not compatible with this kernel).

I'm testing this build now since it was released on my Pi3. Live TV with Sundtek DVB-C tuner and video playback runs with no issues.
Just the temperature on Blu-Ray MKV playback H.264 1080p24 seems to be higher than normal.
I compare it with "normal" build of #0109 release and it's true the temperature rise about 6 degree.
