Perhaps we should disable that tonight as a test to see if it is making the cache ineffective.
Can you explain exactly how you determine cache isn't working (e.g. is it on stopping playback, or navigating you see slow updates?)
Can you describe and add-on (not a banned one) that shows the issue.
