Please find attached, crashlog for reboot that occurred while navigating Actors list - remote locked up and then it reboot.

http://sprunge.us/ETeQ

Already fixed in #0410.

That's awesome, thank you.

Could I suggest that you implement the crashlog and kodi log "upload" as a standard alias or script so users just need to type a command to generate these, rather than having to create them or refer back to the forum. Also, Is there any reason why each different type gets loaded to a different website?

Thanks for all your work.

Yeah, some kind of auto-crashlog-upload and notify.

I know what you're saying, but the problem as I see it is that if users can't remember the existing command(s) they're just as likely to forget the alias too.

I tell people to run:
Code:
cat /storage/.kodi/temp/kodi.log | pastebinit
however that is only through force of habit - the simplest variation of the command is:
Code:
paste /storage/.kodi/temp/kodi.log

Just replace kodi.log with kodi_crash.log for a crash log.

Each different type of... log? Not sure I follow. All logs uploaded via pastebinit are uploaded to sprunge.us. People can upload their logs wherever they like although I don't know why they wouldn't use pastebinit (unless it's offline).

What else is being uploaded to different websites?

Automatically uploading logs might result in spamming sprunge.us offline (DDOS). Smile

That's great, thanks for the feedback. I am happy to used the "paste" command. I was confused about where these get uploaded. All clear now.

Tested with #414 and #416. If I try and install an addon (in this case TVheadend42 or Spotify Web Connect) it doesn't install when I click on Install, it just returns to the list of addons.

So I tried renaming .kodi and rebooting and it goes through the LibreElec setup but then when I try and select the LibreElec Add-ons repo (which contains those two addons) it says it can't be found.

I was able to install Watchdog from the Kodi Add-on repo

@doveman2 the LE 9.0 repository is currently empty. One of my colleagues is currently building addons for 9.0 so hopefully it will be populated soon.

Same as #0410 but without media_build (not currently compatible).

Thank God! The cheap DVB-T/C china stick (with the chip of - Panasonic MN88473 ) works with this build perfectly. Unfortunately he does not work with mediabuilds. I am so happy, I wanted to buy another stick ...

Is there any chance that it will work with mediabuild in the future?

Thanks! @Milhouse and LibreELEC Team

Hi Aux_,
I'm using one of the same stick types (Astrometa ...). I'm also using LibreElec 8.01. I installed tvheadend 4.2 from the LibreElec Repo and updated to 0410x. As a result tvheadend's WebUI wasn't accessible anymore. Could you please describe how you made it working?

Thanks,
Oli

Thanks Millhouse. I found a zip for tvheadend4.2 somewhere but not the client and I need to install Spotify for tonight.. I'll roll back to 8.0 in the meantime.

Same here with self-compiled Kodi 17 on Intel Haswell after bumping ffmpeg to 3.3, reverting ffmpeg to 3.2.4 solved the problem.
Audio is sent to HDMI using Pulseaudio 10.0. I know this thread is about Kodi 18 but your problem sounds exactly like mine Wink

Yes, I hear them on DVB-T, since a week or so but still on 0417.
Irrregular though, sometimes every few seconds, sometimes once a minute.
HDMI out.
Don't see anything in the log.
