no it doesn't display the lightning bolt, anyway it's the original rpi power supply.
I've tested it with 2 different Pi3 and none of the usb ports are working. although it can be the problem of the 2 pi3 boards...

Make a new installation from scratch LE8.0.2, and then update with Milhouse nightbuild...
