Appreciate that, but unless anyone knows intuitively what this is caused by (I certainly don't) then there's unlikely to be any progress towards a fix without at least knowing when the problem started which shouldn't be too hard to determine by bisecting these builds, assuming this is easily reproducible (which it should be, for anyone with an FTP server). Maybe a dozen test builds at most.

Sorry. I was lazy...

Here when the problem starts:

#0525(2), 25-May-2017 is working fine !!
#0526, 26-May-2017 is NOT working anymore via FTP and ISO playback

Hope for some help...

I recently switched from Libreelec 8.0 to 9.0 nightly #728.

The youtube addon doesn't start any videos anymore now. Is this a known issue?

afaik Youtube only works with OMXPlayer, which is disabled, because it would cause netflix/amazon/... to crash, but you can enable it in the Player settings.

I didn't find this setting in the player settings. But even if I did, is there a way to make both Neftlix/Amazon and Youtube work? I'm using both.
Regarding iso playback:

@Milhouse @popcornmix Just out of curiosity, because I have not found any response regarding the 3D iso playback issue, the developer has been informed or is even working on this already ?

I'm glad more and more PVR addons become available again.

But I found two things:

With the TVHeadend client zapping happens rather strange since build 0711.
When I zap the screen becomes black for a second with only the choosen channels osd, then suddenly it shows the last frame of the previous channel and then the playback starts.
This happens with MMAL HW but not when software decoding.

With the latest VU+ client zapping works oke, and shows the channel for a few seconds, then it starts buffering for about 5 sec and then it's oke.
This only happens since build 0802 but not on the latest previous working build 0722.

I don't know if it's the right moment to post this, or if I should wait until the PVR addons are "more mature" again.

Thanks.

So #0710 is working fine?

When did it break, it could be any of the builds between #0723 and #0726 (the last vuplus build), or #0802 (first build with restored vuplus)?

1. Yes strange enough it's not 0710 (the Nvidia breaker Wink) that starts it but 0711.

2. VU addon stopped working after build 0722. When selecting a channel nothing happens. It started to work again with 0802. I will make a clean install and test again if you'll like.

Edit:
Don't think it really matters, but tested VU+ on a clean install 0723 and it doesn't swap channels.

No that's fine, I thought you were reporting that the current behaviour is a problem. The problem between #0722 and #0802 is that the PVR API changed and broke most of the PVR add-ons, and pvr.vuplus wasn't fixed until #0802. So now it should be OK (fingers crossed).

Sorry, I'm from Holland and have some problems to express myself in English.
The problem I described (channel swap oke, and then buffering for several seconds) started with build 0802.
Just the VU+ (and also the IPTV simple) addons in the old form stopped working with build 0723.
So when I compare 0722 with 0802 and 0803 I see the difference in buffering that starts with 0802.

Hope it's clearer now.

Can you upload a debug log from #0803 that includes some of this buffering?

Here you go:

Clean install 0803, just configured VU+ addon rebooted and did some zapping.
