The RPi doesn't support hibernate so this change is meaningless.

There is a "virtual suspend" supported by these builds (not in official LibreELEC releases) which simply turns off the HDMI port. With Settings Level of Advanced/Expert, you can enable "Suspend" in Settings > System > Power Saving > Shutdown function, and use the "Shutdown function timer" to disable the display after the set number of minutes idle. Any button should then reactivate (turn on) the HDMI port. The only reason to use this is to allow the connected display to go into "eco" mode once the RPi becomes idle.
