I'd try disabling the spectrum visualisation as a first step.

In my addon's I don't find the 'visualization.spectrum'. Where is it?

Inside of: Addons -> user addons -> Look & Feel

German: Addons -> Benutzer-Addons -> Look & Feel -->> Visualisierung

Sorry, not at me.

Wow, you need to remove the device/activity and re-create it? That sucks indeed.

The RPi doesn't support hibernate so this change is meaningless.

There is a "virtual suspend" supported by these builds (not in official LibreELEC releases) which simply turns off the HDMI port. With Settings Level of Advanced/Expert, you can enable "Suspend" in Settings > System > Power Saving > Shutdown function, and use the "Shutdown function timer" to disable the display after the set number of minutes idle. Any button should then reactivate (turn on) the HDMI port. The only reason to use this is to allow the connected display to go into "eco" mode once the RPi becomes idle.

[*][CEC] add hibernate on TV standby (PR:12650, 1 commit, 2 files changed)

How can I set this option with my empty CEC settings screen?

At the moment you can't because the CEC settings are broken. And since the RPi doesn't support hibernate there's nothing to be gained from this latest change.

Reported earlier (link), buffering is indeed anoying when zapping through the channels.
Recording still works when you start it via contextmenu.

Yes, I know this has been repeatedly reported. Only since 20 days or since the # 0722 nothing has been changed.
I can not see so sensible TV, this is the problem.
