Thanks for quick response. Maybe it's time to ditch Berryboot and install OE standalone. Really like the multiboot as an option even if I use it just now and then.

Which version supports keyboard layout sv-latin1 (Swedish)? It works in 06-29, but not in 07-14. Special characters is the problems with wrong layout.

Non-US USB keyboard support has been broken since #0417.

(2018-07-16, 17:56)Malocher Wrote: I still have problems that the folder / device - LibreELEC - can not be found in my network (Windows 10). I always have to call the update folder via the IP. For some builds, the folder will be back in the network, but for about the last 10 builds that was not the case. But the Kodi (LibreELEC) device is always on the network

Entering IP address is the new normal. Samba devices appearing in a Windows network browse is no longer supported with the deprecation of SMB1. It's been this way for months, but maybe you only recently updated your Windows 10 PC where SMB1 may now be disabled. Contact Microsoft for a fix...

Netflix working, MLB.tv runs smoother. All good but I want to contribute to the development by upgrading to latest version.

After downloading from the GUI, nothing happens. Same if I log in via SSH, clean /storage/.update and reboot.

Any idea beside blaming Berryboot (or me)?
 @idokevoli
Try PINN, Berryboot works like a Docker image, i think.

https://www.raspberrypi.org/forums/viewt...3&t=142574

PINN is a fork of NOOBS only better. It got a bootmenu with CEC-Support.
Yes, NOOBS and PINN are both supported by LibreELEC.

Has there been any action to try and resolve this issue? I am still having it in all updates #701 to #718

It's probably:

Hi,
Since I updated to 717 (same with 718) yesterday from 70X (I don't remember), I've got this error when I try to update a previously working folder of my library :
WARNING: No information found for item 'smb://MATHIEU-PC/Series/Colony/', it won't be added to the library.

I have the same error for each folder I've added new episode into.
I can still watch them correctly from browsing the filesystem, it just doesn't wan't to add it in the library.
I haven't change anything except updating kodi (it's not a new folder or anything on my samba share, and it worked perfectly before).

Full log here : http://ix.io/1hLi

Thanks for your help

Hi,
I just want to confirm that this behavior is still there in #0712
I switched from MMAL HW acceleration to OMXPlayer HW acceleration and had three positive outcomes
  1. The Audio is now correctly decoded as DD or DTS
  2. Recorded TV from Argus PVR that previously only ever played as PCM (even in Kodi v17 using MMAL) is correctly played as DD using OMXPlayer
  3. Using MMAL there was an annoying long black screen and silence as it changed Frame rates when playing TV recorded using Argus PVR. OMXPlayer has no black screen and only takes a moment for the audio and video to resync

Is there any known disadvantage to using OMXPlayer instead of the default MMAL?
(2018-07-20, 03:20)oztrained Wrote: Is there any known disadvantage to using OMXPlayer instead of the default MMAL?

Did you try #719? That has a fix that looked relevant.

omxplayer is deprecated. It is limited in features compared to mmal (the video player runs on gpu so doesn't benefit from new kodi features).
It has missing features including dvds with menus, alsa audio, software decode, drm/widevine.
It's mainly intended for use on Pi0/Pi1 which have much slower arm cores.
