# Kodi version
(18.0-ALPHA3 Git:95de5f5). Platform: Linux x86 64-bit

Based on tip of LibreELEC.tv master (7ce6b81, changelog) and tip of XBMC master (92d16f4, changelog) with the following modifications: Build Highlights:
  1. Kodi 18 alpha3
Build Details:
  1. XBMC:
    • Implement SDK21 AudioTrack constructor (PR:14081, 2 commits, 3 files changed)

    • Updated: [pkg] PR:100 (perma): stats: Replace CPU 32/64 bit flag with GPU enumeration (service.libreelec.settings)

Update 2: Nope same experience different error(s). Can play the same ISO extracted out and can save a resume but when I resume it from the playback it doesn't play nor resets the resume point. log - http://ix.io/1dvu

Strange, because resume is working for me with BD ISOs (and also a BD folder, containing index.bdmv which is the file on which the resume point is set, not the parent folder). Tested on a Skylake NUC with #0621, ISOs streamed over nfs://, BD folder also streamed over nfs://.
Texture Cache Maintenance Utility: Preload your texture cache for optimal UI performance. Remotely manage media libraries. Purge unused artwork to free up space. Find missing media. Configurable QA check to highlight metadata issues. Aid in diagnosis of library and cache related problems.

Weird, all my content is nfs as well. Let me try some other tests and report back.
HTPC(s): All running LibreELEC
  • AMD 2200G APU on Gigabyte AB350N-Gaming WIFI-CF
  • RPI3 x2 | RPI2 x2
NAS: FreeNAS (Latest Stable) | NFS/CIFS
Not sure if my issue is similar, as all my local videos offer resume, but DVD playback does not seem to offer to resume.
Hello

I have a question.
Does the libreelec HDR work in current releases?
Is this an HDR -> SDR conversion?

What is the most recent build for rpi3 where libretro and game emulation works? The last one that I am aware of was from April 1, 2018. Is there a more recent one? Is there somewhere to keep track of the most recent build that works with the emulators? Please don't take this inquiry as a gripe. Things on the bleading edge break regularly - that is the nature of things. Thank you everyone for the great work. I'm just curious.
@Milhouse
i use the latest build on a intel nuc, with Estuary Modv2.

I have a gray box around the forced subs. with the same build and the same skin on a raspi3 i have normal subs without the grey box. Is this somethin that i can configure on the nuc ? With Kodi 17 there is no grey box

It´s hardcoded subs, mediainfo says

Format                                   : VobSub
Muxing-Modus                             : zlib
Codec-ID                                 : S_VOBSUB

Unfortunately the automatic refresh rate adjustment ist still broken in this release on my hardware (a simple kaby lake htpc). going back to 2018.04.03 Sad

edit: after setting up the whitelist (setting/display/whitelist) it works again!
Did you set up the white list?!

Can you upload a short sample video that demonstrates the problem? Most of my subtitles are SRT (muxed in a MKV) and don't show any problem on a Skylake NUC.

 thank you for the hint!
After setting it up auto refresh rate works again! Older setups (Kodi 17 and 18 untill 2018.04.03) worked as should without this.

I have also noticed this. I just did some tests and build #0523 is the last one that doesn't have this problem. Builds after that had limited range fixed, I guess the problem comes from those code changes.
This happens only with graphical subtitles, not with srt.

File info of the subs looks like this:
Format: PGS
Muxing mode: zlib
Codec ID: S_HDMV/PGS
Codec ID/Info: Picture based subtitle format used on BDs/HD-DVDs
