v18 LibreELEC Testbuilds for x86_64 (Kodi 18.0)

I mean the built-in LibreELEC GUI (as outlined in "Bug reports" at the top of the first post in this thread), as the LibreELEC built-in log submitter facility does not upload to paste.ubuntu.com.
I was not aware there was two methods to upload logs.

I chose the upload logs (first option) and it just said error, I then tried the upload crash logs (second option) and that worked:

0106 no audio

http://ix.io/DMt

If this has no info then I am not sure how to get option one to work?

I had to play a few videos before I saw the issue since it is intermittent.

Did you see the new section on page one? How to report a bug report, so that someone that wants to help you, can do so?

No, but I def will. Thanks. Not 100% sure its a bug at this point though but it looks like one.

It would have been interesting to know what the error was - might have been logged - as both options use the same process to upload logs (this would suggest the error with the first log was transient). Anyway, never mind - more usage of the built-in log submission process will help improve it.

I pinged someone with knowledge of tvheadend.

I tested those builds here for quite a while (for ATMOS passthrough with my NUC7i3BNK), reverted back to LE 8.2.x because the in progress movies and TV-Shows haven't been updated.

With New LibreELEC.tv Leia build #0103 you introduced a fix for that:
[listproviders] Fix certain home screen widgets not refreshing on start/stop playback (like in progress movies)

I am happy now with the working passthrough, working refresh for in progress movies and everything, but the TV-Shows in progress aren't stored (or refreshed) somehow.
Is it possible to fix that as well?

Thanks in advance and thanks for your really great work!!

BR,

Hey again,

am I the only one with this weird problem, that TV-Series progress isn't stored?

Thanks and BR,

Latest release no audio:

http://ix.io/DOt

Same error for the first log upload option, second one works. Error should be in this log too

Sorry I didn't see that reply.

I can't find a setting as you describe.

If you mean "Adjust display refresh rate" it is set to off already.

Or "Sync playback to display" it is also disabled already.

The crashlog you posted this time does show a python crash, not the audio issue. I am confused.

I think @wheemer is uploading the crashlog because his regular kodi.log is exceeding the built-in log submission file size - unfortunately the crashlog is not what we want in this case, and is just causing confusion.

@wheemer please use whatever log upload facility works for you, but we need your kodi.log not the crashlog.

Roger, thought the crash log also contained the regular log.

I had to play a few videos before I saw the problem, the last video played in this log was no audio, but it's random.
