@Milhouse

Download from server http://milhouse.libreelec.tv (wget or gui) is very slow (since I tried yesterday). Are there any problems known? Tried to download different version from january, but tooks 2 hours for a release (speedtest gives me 95 MBit/s down/30 MBit/s up).

 Jep - kernel bug. Has nothing to do with kodi. DP link training fails.
First decide what functions / features you expect from a system. Then decide for the hardware. Don't waste your money on crap.

Not for me there isn't (I'm in the UK). Perhaps there is some sort of peering issue between your ISP and our LibreELEC server (which I believe is somewhere in Paris, France)?

Hi Milhouse,

There is issue with 4K HEVC video, sound is OK but screen is white (or with artefacts). I'm not identified build cause this issue yet, but this video I have tested worked before and they are working on OSX builds.

For now I have tested #0224 to #0228 builds. I use Intel NUC NUC7i7BNH.

I can only test 1080p HEVC here, which is playing OK (Skylake i5 NUC) so if you can please identify when this issue started.

Edit: Does toggling "Use limited colour range (16-235)" have any effect on these 4K HEVC videos, as this was the cause of white screens with 10-bit videos.

Enable or disable "Use limited colour range (16-235)" setting have no effect.
I have identified build, issue started with build #0210

With build #0209, working fine :

Quite a few possibilities in #0210 so I won't speculate. You may need to open a trac ticket.

 Done.

I had not noticed before, just by adding a new 4K video to my library.

The black artifacts issue is finally fixed by this commit as part of #0301. Many thanks to @fritsch and @FernetMenta.
#0301 crashes and restarts Kodi (GUI part) on some video files right after playback is stopped. No problems with #0228 version.
