v18 LibreELEC Testbuilds for x86_64 (Kodi 18.0)
@damo_f as per the title of this thread, Generic builds are for x86_64, so you will want to use the RPi/RPi2 builds with Raspberry Pi. For your mediaportal issue I'd suggest posting a complete debug log (wiki) in the Raspberry Pi thread.
Texture Cache Maintenance Utility: Preload your texture cache for optimal UI performance. Remotely manage media libraries. Purge unused artwork to free up space. Find missing media. Configurable QA check to highlight metadata issues. Aid in diagnosis of library and cache related problems.

Hi,

i have a new intel nuc8i3 and latest version installed. Movies working fine, but I have a few old children's series that are not played. I always get the hint this screen mode is not supported. I hear sound, but I have no picture. Everything works fine with my Nuc5 and a Milhouse release 4 weeks ago. I put the ssd with the 4 weeks old release in the new Nuc8 and boot there, the series will also not be played. So it does not seem to be version-dependent. Are there any missing drivers?

Log Intel Nuc8i3
https://pastebin.com/yrPG0Vay

Here is a log from my Intel Nuc5 with the latest Milhousebuild, all Video work fine

https://pastebin.com/xCVc68s6

What surprises me, in the audio settings is shown that my Onky Receiver is on Displayport but the receiver is on the hdmi output of the NUC.

ONK AV Receiver on DisplayPort

Can it be that internally in the new NUC runs wrong and therefore synonymous the resolutions do not work?

It is on DP because your NUC8i3, as far as i know, is still using a LSPCon (level-shifter) chip.

Running the latest hardware/chipset is often not without "some" issues. I have a NUC6CAYH and it took quite some time before some of the bugs and missing functionality were addressed, mostly related to the Linux kernel.

Can you upload a sample video that isn't working with the NUC8i3?

Why did you whitelist all the resolutions?
 07:52:44.524 T:140209265690752   DEBUG: Matched fuzzy whitelisted Resolution DP1: 720x576 @ 50.00Hz (45)

You probably don't want to use that. I would recommend only whitelisting 1080 and above resolutions or better yet if you don't know why or what you should whitelist then don't whitelist anything at all and kodi will choose the best resolution for you.

It works now with the resolutions. Then I have misunderstood it with the whitelist so far. I always thought I would have to select all the resolutions for which I might have movies. Thanks for the explanation.
