v18 LibreELEC Testbuilds for x86_64 (Kodi 18.0)
That might be a bit beyond me, what is required to compile?
I have started to get a issue that only occours every so often.
Started on version 0111.
Issue is sometimes when you stop a video my TV goes black and only way to get picture back is to turn tv off and on again.
This does not happen while watching normal tv or blu rays.
I will get a debug log next time Im watcing something.
I fixed it with the info in these two threads...

I had not updated my ASUS Chromebox (M061U Core i3 4010U 1.7GHz, 4GB RAM, 16GB SSD) in a long time but last night I went for it.

With anything after LibreELEC-Generic.x86_64-9.0-Milhouse-20181022210409-#1022-g86e23ee I get a lot of lag and buffering of video (Gone between #1022 & #1023 a few times now to test).

Would this ring a bell with anyone and if not what would be the best way of figuring out what might be causing it please, I am currently trying to get some log files from #1023 to see if anything jumps out at me?
This is an old issue. Look thru the November posts. It's a problem with the Linux kernel. Matt Devo posted a workaround here: https://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid...2&page=317

There weren't many changes in #0111, fortunately.

When you say "This does not happen while watching normal tv or blu rays.", do you mean it happens with Live TV? Are you using pvr.vuplus?

I have an AMD Ryzen 2400G and am not able to boot to the 5.0 RC kernel builds.  Had no problem with the 4.20 builds or the 4.19 builds.  Not sure if i can even pull a log for that, but her is a screenshot.
I am fine with the 4.19 builds, just thought I should share.

Not sure, hopefully it will be fixed as 5.0 progresses through additional release candidates. Thanks for reporting, please post again if the situation improves or is still an issue with future candidates.
