HI , I installed kodi on an android device with low performance for IPTV with more than 5000 channels , But the kodi almost freeze while "importing guide from clients" process.
How can I disable importing guide completely ?

Did you manage to fix this? I have the same problem. Even on a octa core Android box the Importing guide takes forever.
I also have NO EPG added and it looks like the link auto adds a guide

Where are you legally getting 5000 IPtv channels?
