So I pulled the trigger and bought DirectTV Now. It gives you 100 channels for 35 bucks, and for 5 more I get HBO.

The drawback? I can't use it through Kodi (My main media center for all my TVs).

Has anyone looked toward a new plugin or feature to offer this yet? It has browser support.

I have purchased DirectTV Now and want to use it thru KODI. Has anyone got it working? If I could get it working I could finally cancel Comcast.

You could try using PlayOn to stream it to the PlayOn Browser plugin in Kodi. It supposedly works for Netflix and Hulu.
