Hi

have a vu duo plus with newes VTI image
Kodi Jarvis RC
kodi starts a video player when i want to start a film but the screen is black.
if i press pause i see that VTI video player was started
if i stop and search the same file in video player the file starts correctly
it is only a problem whe i want to start the ts files from KODI

hi

now i found out that the problem is not when i start from local hdd
it is only when i start a film from my nas QNAP

I think the problem is that kodi can't play smb://

No. Completely wrong.

However, it may well be that Kodi cannot access the smb share due to a permissions issue. A proper debug log (wiki) will show what is happening. (Please DO NOT post the log here, but to a paste site and post the link to it here).

We don't support this platform :-) No idea how you got that build.
