I had just tried to login and it was showing that i was banned. I'm using PIA witch i have never had this issue. Went back and disconnected from vpn and it let me sign inn?
Is this a issue on my end or on the kodi forums end and could someone please check and let me kno thanks.

I think you answered your own question.
The VPN you are using was probably being used by a spammer who wanted to hide his real IP and now the VPN endpoint is banned.
