Do I need to run KODI from vpn?Does KODI seed like torrent or is it straight download?

No you do not need a vpn. Kodi does not provide content, it is designed to play your locally stored media that you own. It is not a torrent client.

To be clear: it does neither. If you have addons that do anything like that, you're on your own - we have no influence over what they may do to your system, your data, your privacy.

Would like to watch live networks,abc nbc cbs usa tnt,getting tired of high cable bills but can't find the right add on.
