Yatsee is the best management applications for Kodi. I loved the search - detection Kodi local network. I am writing a simple application JS (jQuery) I want to add to your KODI easy detection in the network. What technology is used? What is the best method for searching - detection KODI in the local network?

you can use upnp. it was easy for me to implement. its basically a udp call to a certain port, and you listen for the responses
there is also zeroconfig, but i know nothing about that.

Yes zeroconf/avahi is what you are looking for.

If you have an Android device try an app like zeroconf browser to see what sort of info you can scan for.
