I have a Samsung 10.1 model GT-N8013 running android 4.1.2....I can not get KODI to install, getting a message that my system is to old. Can I install Kodi on android 4.1.2 system.....if so, what ver do I get.

Only a really old one that is not supported at all anymore

System requirements (wiki)

Krypton needs Android 5.0 or above, and Jarvis needs 4.2 or above. So you're back to at least Isengard (Kodi 15.x).
