I have tried on 16.1 and the latest 17 builds including the nightly ones and no X265 or 1080p files play correctly. They either try to play and only audio is heard or it just does not play. I have used the in built video app and they play fine, so my MXQ-4K TV Box (with RK3229) can handle it, just not Kodi. Any ideas why not?
