If it keeps doing it after the reset then I'll look into swapping it out.
I'm not clear on mounting vs attached vs any other terminology regarding sources not contained on the local hard drive. What is the preferred method of finding media on remote servers using Kodi? Last night I mounted the four shares to the Shield (using the setup menu). It seemed to be fine until it went pointy-ends up this morning when I tried to back things up.
Should I just ignore all of that and use SMB connections to the NAS and HTPC media repositories instead? What about backing up the .kodi folder? I would ideally like to keep that on a USB thumb drive physically attached to the unit that I can restore from in the future.
