@noggin As you may know, setting the shield at 1080p rec2020 12bits is the only way currently to get the full range of resolution/refresh rates in kodi. All other settings only give you a subset. Surely a shield bug of some kind.

99.99% of my files are rec709, but I never noticed gamut issues, so I assume this conversion is done properly by shield, but it's only empiric

 So the best way to set the shield is 1080p 60Hz 4.2.0 12bit rec.2020 (99.99% of my files are rec709 too)? 
And in this way i must delete/modify this part advancedsettings.xml code:?
