I will try to write about this problem to nvidia. Thank you. Do yuo know where can I ask about?
I have two nvidia shiels and same problem. I buyed thes used. I hope there will be no problem with replacement.

 If they are out of warranty period then I guess purchasing a new remote is your best bet.  Mine failed 4 weeks after I purchased my Shield TV, new, from Amazon.
