Have you ever considered that this color issue that you have may be a problem of your TV. I say this because I have seen something similar with one of my Samsung UHD TVs. Sometimes after I use Apple TV 4K (UHD HDR10), the output from my TiVo (1080p BT 709) will have bizarre colors. The only way I can fix it is by powering off the TV completely.
