Sorry guys, got my threads mixed up.

You can't get Atmos on the older Shield TV's.

No problem, now only for me to get Prime in 4K working  

I had that working fine when I had a 2017 Shield, not sure if they messed something up recently. Make sure you are finding the UHD version 
of the show, they have two listings for the ones in 4k, and for some reason like to hide the UHD versions.

The 1080p videos play fine, the 4K ones won’t.
