After install and launch it keeps taking me to this screen...

Your problem is that Imgur forums has given you a set up with bloated and most likely illegal addons.

try putting a fresh install and sticking to the kodi repository

follow the install instructions from Kodi;s Wikipedia

I created the account on IMGUR and pasted the link.. is this incorrect.
So I should uninstall KODI?

When I launch it doesn't take me to the horizontal buble menu, it takes me to a screen with areas list to the left
