I am played an Bluray ISO or an MKV - File and the subtitles are with the latest RC4 from Kodi 17 are not be displayed. With RC3 works fine.

I am use Windows 10 Pro 1607

I can confirm. No subs at all iso. Subs fine external player. This is recently introduced. W10

Yes, I can confirm last working windows build is KodiSetup-20170126-0ec98b9-Krypton for this issue too.
