How could one show the exact (with seconds) run time of a movie / series?

why would you need the seconds too?
in the export templates you could take a different property which hold the runtime in seconds

after having a discussion with myron, I've changed the display of the runtime in the media files tab to a shorter version with seconds (so also trailer will be displayed nicely)
will be available in the next version
