Hi,

I wanted to get rid of these TBN files that EMM create while scrapping movies or tv shows.
I use the latest 1.4.8.0 version
for movies, in settings-movies-Files and Sources - File Naming - Expert, I can hard-code file name (e.g. poster.jpg)
that works, no more TBN.

for TV shows, I don't seem to be able to do the same changes.
the "File Naming" settings are bank.

any alternative?

Disable the Kodi - Eden defaults, there are mapped to *.tbn (Kodi - Frodo/Helix is mapped to *.jpg).

Hi,

In Setting -> Movies -> Files and Sources, I see the Eden flags and I used that and it worked.
My problem is for TV shows, I can't see the Eden flags:

Also the Boxee defaults use *.tbn for movie and episode posters. But why should you also have activate Boxee settings if you use Kodi...

I never used the boxee or NMT. The enabled flag were unchecked.

But I choose to reinstall EMM completely, and it seems to work, for now, anyway.
