Got instant freeze on exit since a few days

Probably comes from one of the addon used by the skin

Nothing really usefull in the log
Do not freeze on fresh kodi install

Already reported many weeks/months ago, it's Skin Helper Service the offending. Not a skin issue.

Just weird I only got this since a few days...

It's a movie from your library or from a addon ? Info are only available for items from library.

For aspect ratio missing icon it's a issue from Kodi.

Just enable setting in skin setting. This may take some time because Skin Helper Service must download all of them.

Yep Windows 10 X64 build 1607 and android tv box KM8 Pro

ExtendedInfo doesn't work on Windows 64 bit because script.module.pil is needed and it doesn't exist for 64 bit version, see : https://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=315839

Just try, it's working for me, you can see if animated posters are correctly downloaded in userdata/addon_data/script.module.metadatautils/animatedgifs/ folder

You must focus item in library to download animated poster for focused item then exit library and go back into it to see changes.

You can also use context menu to choose animated poster on focused item.
