Best chance is to try to have stock Estuary being fixed then EstuaryMOD will have the fix integrated (but do not have too much hope as this issue has already been reported many times without fix as mouse usage is not a priority)

I was completely unaware of that until you and Guilouz said. I only read the starting post of this thread to see the limitations and features. I'll make sure to do a thread search in the future.
