AFAIK there is an addon for Fox News is the Kodi repositories. The is also one for AlJazera and CBS. Sky News Live is available via Youtube. Not sure about CNN.

Don't think there is a CNN addon, but you can watch CNN via apps on Android TV or an iOS device, like an AppleTV.
