No Guide Data on CBS Channel
#1
Ok, got an odd one.

I am not getting guide data for channel 705 (Local CBS HD) on any of my Kodi clients. It is the only channel I am not getting guide data for...and there is guide data for it in WMC.

I have tried clearing the cache on the clients...no joy.

In wmc, edit your channels and see if you have another channel 705, if you do it will likely be called 'drama'. If so, just disable it, save the channels, then restart swmc.

Yeah, that was one of the first things I did...had already fixed 2 other channels that had the 2nd channel issue.

This only has 1 channel. The SD channel (5) guide data comes through just fine...only the HD channel is messed up.

Then turn on the channel detail in the log file, i.e.

<Debug_ChannelDetail>true</Debug_ChannelDetail>

save it and then restart serverwmc. Post the log on pastebin, etc.

Well, got it figured out, and it was what your initial thought was.

A 2nd channel 705 showed up in the log I was getting for you, so I went back to WMC and sure enough, right in the channel list was a 2nd channel 705 (called 'Drama', as you thought), I just never noticed it.

The other 2 channels, I was having an issue with, both had differently numbered channels tied to the same channel, and I had to go into 'Edit Sources' and disable the extra tuners. When I go into 'Edit Sources' for 705, it only shows the one channel.

Anyway, when I would go into the channel list to edit, I would just enter '705' to jump right to that channel...which shows up as the bottom most selection...I just needed to scroll down one line and I would have noticed the second channel 705...deselected it and all is good.

The other difference between this and the other channels is that 705 played just fine, but the other two I had to correct would not play at all.
