Req [SOLVED] Status of Icons of Files outside from the Database
#1
Hi Gade,
If you play a file inside of the DB for some minutes you can see that you played the file before.
if the file is not inside the db you can continue the file, but you can't see it.
Maybe it's possible to update the status icon?

I will post a Screenshot what i mean.

Beside it seams possible (in Confluence e.g.)

Hi skybird.

Thanks a lot for reporting the issue.

I think I found the reason for this and have fixed it and several other related issues.

It will be fixed in the next development update.

Probably not until a months or so.

It's perfectly safe to install my development repository. You can always rollback to the official version.

Read here how to install my development repo.

the community member answered me and told me to give big thanks back to you.

the problem is now that the icon is just too small if you are far away from tv.
Maybe it's possible to add another viewtype with bigger icons for the Filetype?

The Icon is not beeing marked as "half seen" or something.

If it worked in 10.4.4, it's going to work in 10.4.5.

Nothing has been changed between those two versions.

Let me see a screenshot.

What?!??

Nothing in the files at all has changed from 10.4.4 to 10.4.5 in that area. So if it worked in 10.4.4, it'll work in 10.4.5.

Try installing the versions from zip:

Here's 10.4.4 that you told me was fixing the issues.

Here's the recent 10.4.5

I bet that the folder you're showing me is treated as tv shows. And the folder you were testing with 10.4.4 is being treated as episodes.
You need to test with the exact same folder as before.
