Playing around with profiles today. Seems that the second profile does not allow me to change the colour theme or use the Custom color settings. I'd like to, is this possible?

Should be possible. Do you get any error messages ?
BTW: There is a skin update coming up within a few days. The current version currently has some issues after the helper scripts updated.
