Did you actually try what the wiki says? (Fixing the sample rate to 44.1 khz - or maybe even 48khz)

I had the same problem with Leia 18.2 and a Bose QC35 on OSX 10.14.4. setting the sampling rate to 44.1 or 48khz did not solve the problem. Setting it to 88.2 did.

I have a MacBook Pro and use AirPods as well.  Setting the Output Configuration to "Fixed" and the Limit Sampling Rate to "88.2" worked for me as well --- thanks OMK66!

I was having this problem and this is what worked for me!  None of the audio setting adjustments worked for me.  I was still experiencing jumping and jittering audio.  I went into Kodi and went to -->Settings-->System-->Audio-->Audio Output Device

Mine was set to DIRECTSOUND and I switched it to WASAPI speakers and my bluetooth speaker choice and everything now plays perfectly!!!!!
