Since upgrading to Kodi Krypton 17 I am having issues with slow video and voice. Are there any settings to adjust to avoid these problems?

Videos>playback>Sync playback to display is the likely toggle, but there's plenty of other reasons why this could be transpiring from activity in the background, bad drivers or just overload. A proper debug log posted to a public pastebin and that URL linked back to this thread might have a clue.
