Hi everyone

Actually , i"m experiencing some issue. Since i, sorry since my shield auto-update kodi, when i change channel, sounds and video are no more synchronized.
I have to click on stop steaming, and select again the channel.
I didn't have this problem at all with kodi 16. What should i do? (i will post on kodi forum too but maybe someone has an idea here).

Hardware: Player Nvidia Shield (5.1 last update) and kodi 17.1 (now)
Server Ubuntu 14.04 LTS with 8Gb Ram Intel Q9550 DigitalDevices 4 Sat tuners
Lan Gigabit

yeah this is a Android issue, have a look at this: http://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=308496, there a build included in the thread that will solve the issue.

I tried this build of Kodi, i'm having the same issue....BUT now it only happens when changing channels means changing transponder....
I will continue my tests...Zapping with up and down symbol or with direct number channel doesn't change anything anymore.

An idea?

did you try disabling Mediacodec ?
