I always used this EPG url for Italian TV guide:

http://www.epg-guide.com/it.gz

But, in the last two days, i cannot see my tv guides anymore..
So i tried to download the file (it.gz) manually, and it works perfectly!

I can't figure why the guides don't appear when loading by url.
Every other remote data, just like the auto-updating channel list m3u and tv logos, are retrieved fine as always...

Any help is REALLY appreciated

Well.. if i am right, the problem is that the ISP of www.epg-guide.com could have blocked Kodi's User-Agent.
So i tried to get the EPG "simulating" the UA of Wget like this:

http://www.epg-guide.com/it.gz|User-Agent=Wget

An it (seems to) work PERFECTLY!

Hope this could help someone else in future
