Hi all

I'm having a nightmare running the latest Kodi on a new macbook linked to a samsung tv via HDMI.

When Kodi is running just on the laptop, there are no problems but as soon as plug the HDMI, I can't get any sound working. I've played music through iTunes and that plays through the TV just fine so I know it can't be an system settings issues.

I've tried watching vids/ reading up about this but the audio setting on Kodi seemed to have changed in the version I have compared to all the solutions online. Is anybody having any issues?

do select the hdmi tv in settings-system-audio doesn't work? post a debug log (wiki) when running with the tv connected...
